The former Royal Aircraft Establishment Canberra sits on the floodlit pan after dark.

The English Electric Canberra was originally designed as a bomber for the RAF during the cold war. This particular one was used by the RAE and still wears its distinctive "raspberry ripple" paint scheme. The image was taken at a Time Line Events photoshoot at Bruntingthorpe and converted to black & white in Lightroom.
